- You will learn the fundamentals of Tibetan sound healing, vibrational sound healing, types & history of Tibetan singing bowls and also the background & importance of Tibetan Singing Bowls in the field of sound healing therapy.
- You will learn how to play the various types of Tibetan singing bowls and how the different types of bowls have different benefits on the mind, body and spirit.
- You will learn the different techniques for giving sound & vibration healing with the Tibetan singing bowls. (For example – striking, rubbing, rotating half moon, full moon, creating gaps between each sound, singing with singing bowls and using water with singing bowls).
- You will learn how to give a Full Body Therapeutic Sound Bath Healing Session with just a few bowls or with all seven chakra Tibetan singing bowls.

- How to create a personal harmonious set of 21 bowls (Octave 3 set for 7 chakras, Octave 4 Chakra Set + Large grounding Bowls Octave 2 Chakra Set).
- How to work with different sets of seven Tibetan singing bowls, what advantages and features of use in healing sessions they have.
- How to carry out various variants of “sound baths”, combining 15 Tibetan bowls, 21 Singing Bowls Set, How to conduct individual 2-hour healing sessions using various methods, including the simultaneous contact of several bowls with the body.
- How to conduct healing sessions for each of the seven chakras, using the sounds and vibrations of two sets of Tibetan bowls of different octaves.
- How to conduct healing sessions for certain parts of the body, using sound and vibration.

- People who are having arthritis spondylosis or anybody who can’t sit on floor for hours, who cant dance walk move body free and handle activity for 8 to 10 hours.
